Mentoring takes place individually 1: 1  and is action-oriented and goal-oriented. It is intended for everyone who wants to achieve more in their career, regardless of the level where you are currently.
 
 In the career mentoring program:
 We review your CV and guide you to stand out from the crowd with live mentoring.
 Together with you, we go through the set goals and find out where you are and what it takes to reach the desired career level or. employment.
 Under the auspices of our mentorship, you work on yourself all the time and get to know your own, even unconscious patterns through exercises and trainings.
 Condition that we will work with you:  You need to set very clear and concrete goals and sometimes even be painfully honest with yourself and your mentor. If you are not ready for this, unfortunately you are not a suitable candidate.
 You will analyze the current self versus yourself as you achieve the set.
 FREE TRAINING 1: Winning a job interview.
 FREE TRAINING 2: Networking training in a real situation.
 You will face your positive and negative aspects in order to overcome the current situation.
 
 DURATION:  5 hours of mentoring + work assignments after each meeting + FREE TRAINING 1:  Winning job interview + FREE TRAINING 2:  Networking training in a real situation.
 
 After the purchase is completed, we will contact you shortly and  agreed on an appropriate start date. 
 
 Mentoring takes place via Skype and  live at the company's headquarters in Ljubljana.
